The Cockburn corridor - from South Lake and Spearwood through to Atwell and Success - is where we do a significant portion of our driveway and pool surround work. The area's established family homes, combined with Perth's tendency to invest in outdoor living, creates strong demand for exposed aggregate driveways and liquid limestone pool surrounds.

Success is particularly active for us, with a mix of newer builds and 10-to-15-year-old homes whose original driveways are due for replacement or upgrade. We regularly demolish and replace standard broom-finished concrete driveways with exposed aggregate, which adds both kerb appeal and a finish that actually looks better after a decade of weather.

For pool surrounds across the area, we recommend liquid limestone for its heat-reflective properties in Perth's climate. Around Cockburn Central and the denser parts of South Lake, tight access is sometimes a consideration - we've developed efficient pour strategies for constrained sites, including crane-delivered concrete where truck access is blocked.
